Policy reccomendation CIVACT is a publication that outlines existing policy relevant to hard-to-reach youth civic engagement on EU, national and local levels and supplement this information with relevant context from previous project outputs. It describes the “haves and needs” with regard to youth policy in each partner context. Finally it draft individual suggestions for improvement based on our own local experiences in this project for EU, national, local and institutional levels
