The publication contains the method COMENSI, a step by step guide on how to promote civic engagement to promote social inclusion, and a selection of engagement methods tested in the local labs realised with the inhabitants of five neighbourhoods of Berlin, Lisbon, London, Ljubljana and Palermo.
